摘要
新课程标准的实施，促进了基础教育的改革与发展，推动了班级管理工作的顺利进行。班级管理工作是学校的管理工作中的重中之重，班级工作的好与坏和班级的领导核心密切相关，班级的领导核心就是班主任和班级干部。因此班级干部的选拔和培养至关重要，本文试就小学班级干部的选拔及培养问题进行了阐述。
