摘要
模具作为一种特殊的产品 ,在生产加工过程中经常受随机因素的冲击 ,其计划调度及交货期难以保证 ,关键加工设备利用率低。本文结合模具生产实际 ,重点研究了随机冲突的处理方法与过程 ,给出其生产计划、调度系统的组成与实现 。
Mould, as a kind of special product, is usually hit by the random factors during the production and processing. As a result, planning, scheduling and time of delivery are difficult to be ensured and the key equipment conflict treatment and put forward a method to construct and realize the planning and scheduling system. Finally, we specify the validity of the method with an example.
