大蒜多糖对东莨菪碱致小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察大蒜多糖对东莨菪碱所导致小鼠学习、记忆功能障碍的作用。方法采用小鼠皮下注射东莨菪碱制作学习记忆障碍模型,然后灌胃大蒜多糖进行干预,通过行为学实验(跳台实验)观察大蒜多糖对学习记忆的影响。结果模型组小鼠在3min内跳台错误次数明显高于正常对照组,大蒜多糖组小鼠错误次数显著低于模型组;模型组小鼠触电潜伏期显著缩短,5min错误次数明显增加,大蒜多糖组小鼠触电潜伏期较模型组明显延长,5min错误次数显著减少。结论大蒜多糖可改善东莨菪碱所致小鼠学习记忆障碍。 Objective To explore the effect of garlic polysaccharide on scopolamine induced learning and memory impairment in mice .Methods Mice model of learning and memory disorder were produced by sco-polamine .The effect of garlic polysaccharide on learning and memory were tested by step-down test .Results The jumping error number within 3 min of model group was higher than that of normal control group and the jumping error number within 3min of garlic polysaccharide groups were lower than that of model group .The error times of garlic polysaccharide groups were less than those in model group in five minutes .Conclusion Garlic polysaccharide may improve learning and memory defict induced by scopolamine .
