摘要 目的观察大蒜素对糖尿病大鼠血清抗氧化功能的影响。方法正常Wistar大鼠腹腔注射STZ(40mg/kg)制作糖尿病大鼠模型,STZ注射诱导3d后腹腔注射不同剂量大蒜素,连续给药28d。实验分为正常对照组,糖尿病模型组,大蒜素低、中、高3个剂量给药组。分别测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果大蒜素能显著提高糖尿病大鼠的血清SOD、CAT活性并降低MDA的含量,且呈剂量依赖性。结论大蒜素能有效地提高糖尿病大鼠血清抗氧化作用。 Objective To observe the antioxidant effect of allicin ( AL ) on serum of streptozotocin ( STZ)-induced diabetic rats .Methods Hyperglycemia was induced in normal Wistar rats by intraperitoneal in-jection of STZ (40mg/kg).After three days of STZ induction,the hyperglycemic rats were treated with AL by intraperitoneal injection at different doses for 28 days.The rats were divided into five groups: The control group,diabetic group,AL groups(low,middle and high dose).The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) were measured,as well as the level of malonaldehyde ( MDA) in serum.Results The results showed that AL could observably enhance the activity of SOD and CAT and decrease MDA level in serum of di -abetic rats in a dose-dependent manner .Conclusion AL has remarkable antioxidant effect in serum of diabetic rats.
