摘要
文章在简要介绍Agent的基础上提出了针对管理信息系统的基于Agent的需求分析与建模方法，表明其相对传统方法的优越性。同时将系统作为由不同角色组成的一个组织，并对分析、建模进行了分阶段的阐述。
： This paper presents a Agent-based method for requirement analysis and modeling on the base of brief introduction to Agent.This method is designed specially for Information Management System.It explains its advantage after compared with traditional methods.This method is founded on the view of a system as a organization consisting of various interacting roles，and illustrates detail analysis and model procedure respectively．
