摘要
对设备发生故障或零部件运行时故障失效需要进行原因分析,以便采取有效的措施预防故障再发生。"三不放过"原则之一就是原因未查清不放过,以某型柴油发电机组运行中发生的气阀断裂失效故障为例,阐述了故障查找过程及原因分析方法。
Analysis of causes is necessary when equipment failure or component failure occurs, in order to take effective measures to prevent the recurrence of the failure. One of the “Three Do Not Let Pass” principles is to do not let pass unidentified causes. This paper takes the valve fracture failure of a diesel generator as the example to elaborate the failure detection process and cause analysis method.
