Taking the slope of a open-pit mine for instance, the blasting designing scheme of the steep slope under the complex environment, and the corresponding safety measures are taken at the same time. The harmful effects of blasting construction is controlled effectively. The damages of the rolling stones on the dwelling houses and farmland below the steep slope are voided validly. Besides that, good e- conomics and social benefits are obtained.
