摘要
在ANSYS中建立修井机井架和Y形支座的有限元模型,并采用六面体单元划分网格.用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行计算,获得井架坠落撞击过程的完整图像以及井架和Y形支座在坠落撞击过程中产生的应力状况,并得到产生裂纹可能性最大的井架部位.该方法为事故井架的无损检测、修理补焊或者钢材更换等提供理论支持.
A finite element model of workover derrick and Y-bearing is built which is meshed by hexahedral element in ANSYS. The images of the whole process of derrick falling impact and the stress states of derrick and Y-bearing during the falling impact are obtained by calculation using ANSYS/LS- DYNA. Furthermore, the part of the derrick which is the most prone to crack is predicted. The method provides theoretical support for non-destructive testing, repair welding, steel replacement and so on.
