热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效meta分析 被引量:21

Reduning Combining with Azithromycin in Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia:A Meta-analysis

摘要 目的 :评价热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 :计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、CENTRAL、CBM、CNKI、VIP和万方等中英文数据库,纳入随机对照文献(RCT),由2名评价员独立选择试验和评价质量后,提取有效数据进行meta分析。结果 :共纳入12个RCT,病例共1203例。meta分析结果显示,热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的总有效率[OR=4.81,95%CI(2.58,8.97)]、退热时间[MD=-1.47,95%CI(-1.98,-0.97)]、咳嗽消失时间[MD=-2.27,95%CI(-3.15,-1.38)]、罗音消失时间[MD=-1.68,95%CI(-2.52,-0.84)]、平均住院时间[MD=-2.12,95%CI(-2.43,-1.81)]等指标上与单用阿奇霉素治疗相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效优于单用阿奇霉素,但需更多设计严谨、高质量、大样本、多中心的随机对照试验加以验证。 Objective: To assess the efficacy of Reduning combining with azithromycin on treating the mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods : Such Chinese- English databases as Pubmed, Embase, CENTRAL, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang were searched to collect the randomized controlled trials ( RCTs ). After two reviewers have selected trials and evaluated the quality independently, valid data would be extracted to make a Meta-analysis. Resuhs: A total of 12 RCTs were brought in, including cases of 1203. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared to the group used azithromycin only, the treatment group used the combination of Reduning and azithromycin had more statistics significance in some aspects like total efficiency[OR=4.81,95%CI ( 2.58,8.97 ) ], cooling time[MD=-1.47,95%CI ( -1.98, -0.97 ) ], cough disappeared time[MD=-2.27,95%CI ( -3.15, - 1.38 ) ], rales disappeared time [MD=- 1.68,95%CI ( -2.52, -0.84 )], average length of stay[MD=-2.12,95%CI ( -2.43, -1.81 )]. Conclusions: The efficacy of the treatment group which uses the Reduning combining with azithromycin is better than that of the control group which uses azithromycin only. But more rigorous design, high quality, large sample, multi-center, randomized controlled trials are needed to prove our research results.
