摘要
脾胃,中医称之为后天之本。无论外邪、饮食、情志等皆可导致脾胃功能的异常。在历代医家对脾胃病的不同治疗方法中,寒温并用法屡见不鲜。文章从脾胃病理论源流、发病机制及治疗方面阐述了寒温并用法在临床上的实用价值。
The spleen and stomach provide the materiel basis of the acquired constitution in traditional Chinese medicine. No matter exogenous pathogenic factors, diet or emotion may cause abnormal function of spleen and stomach. In different treatment methods of spleen-stomach disease by physicians of past generations, combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy is common. This paper discusses the practical value of combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy in clinic from theoretical origin, pathogenesis and treatment of spleen-stomach disease.
