加味萆薢分清饮治疗痛风性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Jiawei Bixie Fenqing Decoction in Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的 :探讨加味萆分清饮对痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将80例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用加味萆分清饮,对照组使用西药秋水仙碱片及依托考昔片内服。结果 :治疗组显效31例,有效9例;对照组显效12例,有效28例;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :加味萆分清饮对痛风性关节炎有温阳祛湿、消肿止痛的功效。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of Jiawei tJixie Fenqing Decoction in treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods ： According to the random number table, 80 cases of patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used Jiawei Bixie Fenqing Decoction, and the control group was treated with Western medicine colchicine and Etoricoxib tablets orally. Results ： The degree of pain improvement and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group （ 31 cases markedly improved, 9 cases effective ） was significantly better than that of the control group （ 12 eases markedly improved, 28 eases effective ）. Conclusion ： Jiawei Bixie Fenqing Decoction can warm yang and dispel damp as well as eliminate swelling and relieve pain for treating gouty arthritis.
