184例带状疱疹患者回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of 184 Herpes Zoster Cases

目的 :通过对辽宁中医药大学附属医院皮肤科184例带状疱疹住院患者的回顾性分析,总结带状疱疹发病规律,指导临床诊疗。方法 :收集辽宁中医药大学附属医院皮肤科2012年间带状疱疹住院患者病例184例,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :带状疱疹患者女性多于男性,男女比例为1∶1.83,平均发病年龄为(61.33±12.75)岁,其中60岁以上者93例(50.54%)。一年四季均可发病,以夏、秋[夏季52例(28.26%),秋季55例(29.89%)]季节居多。结论 :带状疱疹患者女性居多,发病率随年龄增长而增加,多发于夏、秋季节,预后好。

Objective： With the retrospective analysis in 184 cases of herpes zostcr in The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM, to summarize the incidence of herpes zoster and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods：The clinical data of 184 patients hospitalized in The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM during the 2012 year was retrospectively analyzed. Results：Herpes zoster patients in women were more than in men, and the ratio of male to female was 1 ： 1.83, and the average age was （ 61.33 ± 12.75 ） years old, among which 93 cases were over 60 years old （ 50.54% ）. The disease maybe occur all the year round, more often in summer and autumn [52 eases （ 28.26% ） in summer, 55 eases （ 29.89% ） in autumn]. Conelusion ： Herpes zoster was mostly common in women. The incidence increases with age, and more often in summer and autumn. The prognosis is good.
