微波加金黄膏外敷结合月经周期疗法治疗乳腺增生疗效观察

Effect Observations of Microwave and Golden Plaster Combined with Menstrual Cycle Therapy for Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

目的 :探讨微波加金黄膏外敷结合月经周期疗法治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法 :将84例乳腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例。治疗组在排卵期、经前期给予微波加金黄膏外敷治疗,行经期、经后期停止治疗,对照组在排卵期、经前期给予乳核散结片口服,行经期、经后期停止治疗,两组在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果 :治疗组在乳房疼痛、肿块消退、乳腺钼靶X线摄片、临床治愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微波加金黄膏外敷结合月经周期疗法治疗乳腺增生是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the microwave and golden plaster combined with the menstrual cycle therapy for mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods： 84 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia were divided into two 42-patient groups randomly ： the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment group was given the microwave and golden plaster in ovulation, premenstrual period and no treatment in and after menstruation. The contrast group was treated with Rube Shanjie Tablet orally in ovulation and premenstrual period and no treatment in and after menstruation. After three phases, the effects were compared. Resuhs ： The clinical effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than that of contrast group in breast pain, swelling subsided and mammography X-ray （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There is a significant effect of the microwave and golden plaster combined with the menstrual cycle therapy for mammary gland hyperplasia.
