复方大承气汤对腹部手术SIRS防治作用

Preventive and Therapeutic Effect on SIRS of Operation on Abdominal Region by Potent Purgative Decoction with Additions

目的 :探讨复方大承气汤对腹部手术SIRS的防治作用。方法 :选择住院患者60例,随机分为中西医结合治疗组和对照组,治疗组从胃管注入复方大承气汤煎剂,对照组采用西医术后常规治疗。检测并比较两组血清TNF、IL-6以及CRP的变化。结果 :治疗组与对照组术后的TNF、IL-6以及CRP水平均比术前有所升高。结论 :复方大承气汤在SIRS的治疗中取得了良好的效果。但目前研究缺乏系统、深入、规范化、标准化、量化研究,有待今后进一步研究。

Objective： To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Potent Purgative Decoction with Additions on SIRS of operation on abdominal region. Method： 60 hospitalization patients were randomly divided into combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group and control group. The treatment group was given Potent Purgative Decoction with Additions. Conventional therapy after operation was used in control group, The changes of TNF, IL-6 and CRP in blood serum were detected and compared between the two groups. Result： The levels of TNF, IL-6 and CRP in treatment and control group were higher than those before operation. Conclusion ： The favonrable result was gained in the SIRS treatment of Potent Purgative Decoction with Additions. But there was short of system, in-depth, standardization and quantitative research.
