中药泡熏治疗足跟骨骨刺症临床疗效观察

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Soaking and Steaming on Calcaneus' s Thorn Disease

目的 :观察中药泡熏治疗足跟骨骨刺症的疗效。方法 :将60例足跟骨骨刺症的患者随机分为中药组和对照组,每组30例。观察组运用苏木、花椒、两面针、千斤拔、桑枝、三棱、莪术、宽经藤的药液进行泡熏患足的治疗。对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊。10 d为1个疗程,治疗两个疗程后统计临床疗效和进行VAS评分。结果 :中药组临床治愈率为66.7%(20/30),对照组为23.3%(7/30),中药组优于对照组(P<0.01)。VAS评分结果 :中药组临床治愈率为66.7%(20/30),对照组为20.0%(6/30),中药组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :中药泡熏治疗足跟骨骨刺症的临床疗效优于对照组。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on Calcaneus＇s thron by traditional Chinese medicine soaking and steaming. Methods ： 60 patients with stroke were divided into treatment group and control group （ 30 cases each group ）. The treatment group used the traditional Chinese medicine soaking and steaming and the calcaneus＇s thorn were soaked and steamed. The traditional Chinese medicine soaking and steaming included Sumu, Huajiao, Liangmianzhen, Qianjinba, Sangzhi, Sanleng, Ezhu and Kuanjinten. The control group took Ibuprofe Sustained Release Capsuces orally. Ten days made one course, and two courses made one session. The clinical effect was observed and the Visual Analogue Scale were adopted. Results： In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 66.7% （ 20/30 ）. The control group＇s effective rate was 23.3% （ 7/30 ）. The efficacy in adhesion stase of the treatment group was better than that in control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, VAS score： the traditional Chinese medicine group＇s total effective rate was 66.7% （ 20/30 ）. The control group＇s total effective rate was 20% （ 6/30 ）. The efficacy in adhesion stase of the treatment group was better than that in control group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese medicine soaking and steaming achieves a significant efficacy.
