探索中医治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎进展

Progress Overview of TCM Treatment of Plasma Cell Mastitis

浆细胞性乳腺炎是临床疑难疾病,极易误诊为乳癌,诊断不明确,且西医除手术外缺乏确切有效治疗方法。中医外科治疗该病取得一定的进展,对于临床各期患者均有有效方法且可以一定程度降低该病的复发率。通过回顾相关文献,对近年中医治疗该病的进展进行总结,以期为临床治疗该病提供参考。

Plasma cell mastitis is a clinical incurable disease and is easy to a misdiagnose as breast cancer. It is difficult to make a clarified diagnosis, and it is also lack of effective treatment except surgical operation. Sugery of TCM treatment of the disease gains some progress, and has a good effect on the varioustypes of plasma cell mastitis and can to some extent reduce the postoperative recurrence rate of disease. Through literature review, we expect to summarize the progress of Chinese medicine diagonosis and treatment of the disease in the past years, in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
