Modeling and Implementation of Product Based on Developing Method of STEP Application Protocol

分析了集成信息CAD系统中要解决的产品模型信息描述问题。基于STEP标准和IDEF产品建模方法 ,提出了基于功能层的产品信息建模和产品信息模型的三层结构 :功能层、广义零件层和广义结构层。以工程中业已标准化的滚动轴承为对象 ,建立了基于STEP标准的产品功能信息EXPRESS描述模型 ,提出了信息模型组织、传递和实现的原型框架 ,为集成信息CAD系统的信息集成中性环境的建立与实现提供了基础。

The issues on description of product model information in integrated information CAD system was analyzed. Based on STEP standard and IDEF method, on the basis of function layer, product information model and its structures with three layers (i. e. function layer, generic part layer, generic structure layer) were built. According layer structure of function model and STEP standard, the function information model of rolling bearing was constructed and expressed. The prototype structure of organization, transfer and implementation of information model was proposed. The works provided foundation and implementation on building neutral context for representation and exchange of information in integrated information CAD system.
