Issues of Major Grain Producing Areas Coordinated Economic and Social Development in the County and Countermeasures

目前粮食主产区县域经济社会协调发展中存在发展缓慢、财政拮据、农民增收困难等问题,严重影响了粮食主产区经济社会的整体发展和国家粮食安全。针对粮食主产区存在的问题,提出了发展思路、发展重点和发展对策。

At present, major grain producing areas of economic and social development in the county there is slow develop- ment,financial constraints,the farmers increase the difficulty of the problem,has seriously affected the major grain producing areas of the overall economic and social development and national food security.In this paper,problems in major grain produc- ing areas and put forward the development of ideas, development priorities and approach to development.
