改进高校人事档案管理现状的研究

On the Improvement of Personnel Archives Management in Colleges

高校加强人才引进,多元化的用人体制及社会人才需求推动了高校人事管理现代化进程,但作为人事工作重要内容的人事档案,在管理中存在的问题却制约了人事管理手段的革新速度。文章针对高校人事档案管理中的问题进行创新研究,从而提出解决问题的有效办法和措施。

Increasing enrollment in colleges,enlarging faculty,multiple human resource mechanism and demand of the society are pushing forward the modernization of personnel management in colleges. However,problems in personnel archive management are hindering the further progress of human resources management. This pa-per conducts an innovative study of these problems and suggests tactics and measures to tackle these issues.
