摘要
以辽化加氢裂化尾油为原料,在常压非临氢条件下评价了HZSM-5/Al2O3和HM/Al2O3催化剂的降凝效果。考察了反应温度、催化剂使用时间和空速对白油收率、凝点和闪点的影响。通过对催化剂的比表面积、孔径分布和酸中心分布进行表征,发现催化剂的这些理化性质与催化剂的催化性能有着密切的关系。实验结果表明,在常压非临氢条件下,HZSM-5分子筛催化剂比丝光沸石分子筛有更好催化降凝效果和催化稳定性。
Non-hydro-dewaxing activities of HZSM-5/Al2O3 and HM/Al2O3 catalysts were evaluated under atmospheric pressure using hydrocracking tail oil from Liaoyang Petrochemical Company as raw material. The effects of reaction temperature, using time of catalyst and space velocity on product yield and properties such as pour point and flash point of white oil were studied. The surface area, pore size distribution and acid site strength distribution of catalysts were characterized, and it was found that there was a consanguineous relationship between the catalytic activity and these physicochemical properties of catalysts. The experiment results show that,under condition of atmospheric pressure and absence of hydrogen, HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst has higher catalytic activity and catalytic stability in dewaxing than mordenite zeolite.
