摘要
目的探讨农村地区老年糖尿病患者自我管理水平及其相关影响因素。方法采取分阶段整群抽样,运用自填式问卷对800名样本进行调查,包括糖尿病患者基本情况问卷及糖尿病自我管理行为量表。结果被调查对象自我管理平均得分(3.08±1.25)分,50.7%的患者自我管理水平一般,仅占23.6%的患者自我管理水平较好。不同年龄、糖尿病发现原因、糖尿病类型、并发症种类、每月医药花费不同的老年患者中,自我管理行为水平分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论农村老年糖尿病患者自我管理水平有待进一步提高。可采取加强健康教育、拓宽宣传渠道、增强老年患者自我保健意识、加大财政投入等综合措施,以切实提高老年患者自我管理水平和生命质量。
Objective To study the level distribution of rural elderly diabetes patients’self-management and related factors.Methods Based on a multi-stage and cluster sampling method , a general information questionnaire and self-management scale were conducted among 800 rural elderly patients .Results The mean score of self-management behavior was just 3.08 ±1.25, only 23.6%of the respondents with higher self-management level and nearly half just in the middle level.Respondents with different ages , causes of diabetes, type of diabetes, diabetes complication and monthly medical cost have significant influence on self-management.Besides, age, education level, duration of diabetes, type of diabetes, diabetes complication and monthly medical cost are related with their self-management .Conclusions Self-management of the rural elderly patients needs to be improved .Effective measures such as strengthening health education , broadening the channels for publicity , increasing financial input and so on should be inducted to promote the self -management of rural elderly patients , thus improving their quality of life .
