产前健康教育在孕产妇分娩中的影响

Investigate the effects of prenatal health education on delivery of the pregnant women

目的探讨产前健康教育在孕产妇分娩中的影响。方法 2012年1月至2012年12月在我院妇产科待产的健康初产妇1500例,随机分为观察组和对照组各750例,观察组750例产妇均于产前定期接受产前健康知识教育讲座,对照组750例产妇均接受常规产前健康护理,未参加任何产前健康教育讲座,比较两组产妇的顺产率,产后出血量,产程,并发症发生率等。结果观察组产妇的顺产率明显高于对照组产妇(P<0.05);产后出血量,并发症发生率明显低于对照组产妇(P<0.05);产程明显短于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。结论产前健康教育可以有效地提高初产妇的顺产率,减少产后出血量,缩短产程,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To understand the role of prenatal health education in successful delivery of birth .Methods 1500 admitted to the hospital during the period from January ,2012 to December ,2012 and expecting delivery of birth were chosen as subjects of the study and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group , each consisting of 750 cases.The experimental group were regularly provided with prenatal former health education .The control group was given routine prenatal maternal health care , yet did not participate in any prenatal health education seminars .The two groups were then compared in maternal birth rate , postpartum hemorrhage , the birth process and the complication rate .Findings The rate of successful delivery in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05）;Postpartum hemorrhage and complications rate were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; Labor time was significantly shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Prenatal health education can improve early maternal birth rate and reduce the amount of early postpartum hemorrhage , shorten the birth process primipara, and reduce the incidence of early maternal childbirth complications effectively .
