城市现代化进程中“城中村”治理困局与解决思路

“Village-in-city”Governance's Dilemma and solution in the Process of Urban Modernization

在我国快速城市化进程中,出现了"城中村"这一特有现象。在当前这个以GDP来衡量城市竞争力的时代,无论是认识还是实践,都呈现出一种大兴"拆迁运动"的倾向,以实现"城中村"的终结。但在具体推进中,却日益陷入治理困局。本文以城市现代化为背景,对当前"城中村"治理困局进行了重新梳理,并提出了实现"城中村"有序治理的解决思路。

In the rapid process of urbanization, the ＂village-in-city＂, which is the unique local phenomenon, appeared in our country. At present, city competitiveness is more and more measured by the GDP. Both in understanding and practice, the demolition movements are presented in order to realize the end of ＂village-in-city＂. But, in specific operations, it falls into the trap of governance dilemma. Based on the background of urban modernization, the article analyses the current governance dilemma and proposes ideas and ways of realization of orderly ＂village in city＂ governance.
