摘要
探讨以30%H2O2为氧源,H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂对氧化环己酮合成己二酸反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了ZrO2-WO3负载磷钨酸的用量、反应温度、H2O2用量、反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响。实验表明:在n(环己酮)∶n(H2O2)∶n(H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3)=100∶294∶0.1,反应温度为110℃,反应时间3 h的最佳条件下,己二酸的收率可达44.7%。
Catalytic activity of H3 PW12 O40/ZrO2 -WO3 as the catalyst was evaluated in the synthesis of adipic acid.The different reaction parameters such as catalyst dosage , reaction temperature , volume of hydrogen peroxide and reaction time were discussed and the best reaction conditions were found .The optimum conditions are: fixed cyclohexanone 0.10 mol and n (cyclohexanone ) ∶n (H2O2) ∶n (H3PW12O40/ZrO2 -WO3) =100∶294∶0.1 ( dosage of H3PW12O40/ZrO2 -WO3 is 0.3g, volume of H2O2 is 30mL), reaction temperature is 110℃, reaction time is 3h, the yield of adipic acid is 44.7%.Experimental results showed that H 3 PW12 O40/ZrO2 -WO3 is a cata-lyst for synthesis of adipic acid .
