摘要
北虫草高温季节优质菌种接种在10种不同配方的培养基中,获得与野生北虫草形态一致的子实体。通过对比分析显示:以小麦为主料E1培养基子实体长势最好,以大米为主料的F1培养基生物转化效率最高。生物活性物质检测发现:10种不同配方培养基培养出的实体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量基本相同;虫草素和腺苷的含量越高,多糖与虫草酸的含量越少。该研究结果为高温季节栽培北虫草提供有效的实验依据。
The dominant bacteria of Cordyceps militaris in hot reason was inoculated in 10 media with different formulations and fruiting bodies with consistent morphological forms of wild Cordyceps militaris were obtained .The comparative results show that fruiting bodies in wheat -based medium grew best and in rice -based medium had highest conversion efficiency .The detection for biologically active substances shows that superoxide dismutase ( SOD) content in the fruiting bodies was almost the same .The higher were the content of cordycepin and adeno-sine, the less the content of polysaccharide and Cordyceps acid .
