摘要
为研究核心稳定训练对体育专业大学生静态平衡能力的影响,文章实验将40名体育教育专业大学生为研究对象,随机的分为两组(对照组:男11人,女9人,实验组:男11人,女9人),实验组进行八周的核心稳定训练,并运用横向踩木、纵向踩木对其平衡能力进行测试。经测试发现实验前后实验组平衡能力的各项指标都有显著性变化(P<0.01),而对照组平衡能力实验前后各项指标则无显著性变化(P>0.05)。得出结论:经过八周的核心稳定训练,经测试得出核心稳定训练能够有效地提高体育专业大学生的平衡能力。
The effect of core stability training on static balance ability of students of sports specialty was stud-ied.40 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ( each group has 11 male and 19 female students ) and the students in the experimental group received an eight -week core stability training .All students were tested for their static balance ability test by longitudinal and lateral standing on a board .The results show that the static balance ability of students in the experimental group improved significantly ( P 〈0 .01 ) , while that of students in the control group have no significant change ( P 〉0 .05 ) .It is concluded that core stability training can effectively improve the ability of static balance .
