Since the emergence of network organizations that consist of different corporations, the organizational form of individual businesses has changed greatly. Analysis of entrepreneur resources has found that, to gain the lower cost and higher ability of allocating and using enterprise resources,the individual organizational form in the network organization has changed into a hybrid structure of new and old organizational characters.
