传统校园的园林建设是我国古典园林建设的组成部分。校园作为教育的物化表现,传统校园园林的建设势必与我国古代教育事业的兴衰相同步。先秦时期,我国官学校园园林建设与私学校园园林建设逐步产生,作为园林的要素初具规模;经过秦汉—魏晋时期的进一步发展,官学校园园林将先秦时期的辟雍升华为标志性建筑,其建设几成定型,私学学堂的大量涌现则成为后世书院园林建设的先河;唐宋以降,我国传统校园园林建设逐步成熟,宋元明清数代沿用,直至近代西方校园建设理念的引入,开启了我国校园园林建设从传统向现代的转型之路。

As the materialization of education, traditional campus garden construction definitely goes with development of the ancient Chinese education. In the pre - Qin period, campus garden construction of China＇s official schools and private schools emerged gradually with the understructure element of garden construction. During the further development between the Qin and Han Dynasties and the period of Wei and Jin Dynasties, ＂Piyong＂ in the Pre - Qin period has elevated to the landmark of the official schools, with its construction as a stereotype. Emer- gence of a large umber of private schools became the prelude of garden construction of classical learning acade- my. Since the Tang and Song Dynasties, China＇s tradition of campus construction gradually established, which was followed in the Dynasties of Song, Yuan and Qing, until introduction of construction belief of modern west- ern campus, which ignited a shift of Chinese campus from ancient campus to modern ones
