定数截尾下Burr Type XII分布的统计推断

Statistical Inference for Burr Type XII under Type II Censored Samples

基于定数截尾样本,讨论了Burr Type XII分布的参数估计,得到了位置参数的极大似然估计和逆矩估计,并利用随机模拟进行比较,模拟结果表明逆矩估计优于极大似然估计。

Based on the progressive Type II censored , the inverse moment is estimated and the maximum likelihood estimators （ MLE） for the Burr Type XII distribution are obtained .Finally, the two estimators are compared by using simulation , and the simula-tion results show that the proposed estimators outperform the MLE .
