摘要
为实现新CRTSIII型轨道板先张工艺生产过程中张拉钢筋的同步放张,设计一种高速铁路轨道板先张预应力同步放张器,以使轨道板承台剪切力为零,同时提高轨道板强度,减少板的裂纹。对该放张器进行分析、计算和验证,得到具体参数:活塞杆直径15 mm、缸筒壁厚8 mm、缸筒底部厚度13 mm、油腔内的额定最大压力102 MPa,放张开启压力0.87 MPa。对活塞杆进行有限元分析,得到其伸长量仅为0.12 mm。该设计为我国高速铁路新CRTSIII轨道板采用先张工艺的技术改造提供理论参考。
In order to achieve automatic synchronous unloading in the production of the slab track of CRTSIII , the unloading mech-anism is studied and designed .With this mechanism , the shear stress will achieve zero and the strength of the slab track will increase and the fissure will be reduced .This paper introduces the analysis , calculation and verification , obtains specific parameters , such as 15 mm for piston rod ,8 mm for cylinder case, 102 MPa for maximum pressure and 0.87 MPa for air pressure.At last, an analysis is con-ducted for the rod ,the elongation indictor is only 0.12 mm,which is within expected results .The design provides theoretical reference for the transformation of new high-speed railway track plate CRTSIII using pre-tensioned approach .
