DENG Xiaoping is the chief designer of Chinese reform and open-up policy, as well as socialistic construction. As the first and second generation national leader, he mastered the direction of Chinese ruling party＇ s ideology with his outstanding experiences and political wisdom and hence made a grant contribution to the new grand project of the ruling party and the construction of socialism with Chinese features. As an important part of DENG＇ s theory, the rul- ing party＇ s ideology plays a fundamental role for the development of the ruling party.
