摘要 目的观察微酸性电解水用于手消毒的效果。方法将某综合医院94名医务人员及陪护家属分为三组,分别以15℃、5℃微酸性电解水以及百能抗菌洗手液按标准六步洗手法洗手1min,采用微生物培养计数法评价洗手后的消毒效果。结果 15℃水温的微酸性电解水洗手后对手部细菌平均清除率达99.65%,优于百能抗菌洗手液和5℃的微酸性电解水(均P<0.05)。结论15℃水温的流动微酸性电解水洗手消毒效果肯定。 Objective To observe the efficacy of slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SlAEW) on hand disinfection. Methods A total of 94 participants including doctors, nurses and family members of patients were randomly divided into three groups. Each of 3 groups was asked to wash hands according to the standard six-step hand washing protocol for one minute with SIAEW at 15℃ ,SIAEW at 5℃ or Banen antibacterial hand cleaner respectively. Disinfection efficacy was measured by using microbiological culture. Results SIAEW at 15℃ for hand washing improved the bacteria clearance rate to 99.65 %, which showed a high disinfectant efficacy corn pared to Banen antibacterial hand cleaner or the SIAEW at 5℃ (P(0.05 for both). Conclusion The use of SIAEW at 15℃ is sug gested as an effective disinfection method for hand washing.
