摘要
目的探索新护士长培训路径及效果。方法开展新护士长培训需求调查,制定新护士长培训路径表对竞聘上岗的17名新护士长从上岗前1个月到上岗后1年进行规范化培训,观察新护士长理论知识、操作技能、综合素质,科室不良事件、投诉发生率等指标。结果培训后新护士长的理论水平、操作技能、综合素质测评成绩提高,所管理科室的不良事件发生率、护理投诉下降,护士对护士长满意度提高(均P<0.01)。结论应用新护士长培训路径表实施规范化培训,有效提高了新护士长的管理水平。
Objective To explore the training path for novice head nurses and to evaluate the effect. Methods Training needs of novice head nurses were investigated, then a training path table was developed to systemically instruct the training for 17 novice head nur ses. The training was provided at 1 month before and 1 year after the employment. Theory, skills, and comprehensive quality of these head nurses, as well as adverse events and patient complaints were observed. Results The scores of theory and skills examina tion, and comprehensive quality of head nurses were enhanced, whereas incidence rates of adverse events and counts of patient complaints reduced; nurses' satisfaction with head nurses was improved (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Application of the training path table to guide training activities for novice head nurses, can improve their management level.
