Combining with practical projects, the paper introduces Jiangxi Province＇ practice of construct- ing environmental-protection ecology expressway in terms of changing construction idea, innovating de- sign concept, generalizing new material and technology, strengthening construction control and environ- mental protection supervision, as well as proposes the valuable experience that ＂idea is the precondition, design is the soul, construction is the key, management is the guarantee＂
