能源需求与中国能源外交的三层空间

Energy Demand and the Tri-level Space of China's Energy Diplomacy

随着全球经济一体化和各国工业化的加速发展，不平衡的能源供需使得能源问题成为国家间政治、经济博弈的着力点。中国作为全球第一大能源消费国，正面临着国家间油气资源争夺、现有能源机制融入、能源贸易与合作等众多复杂的国际形势。本文从工业化与能源需求的角度分析全球能源需求格局演变的历史和趋势，在此基础上，从全球能源资源分配、能源通道安全和贸易、能源需求调控三层空间分析中国能源外交可能面临的一系列问题，并进一步提出相关对策建议。

With global economic integration and the rapid development of industrialization,energy issues become a national political and economic key points in the game due to an imbalance between energy supply and demand.China,as the world's largest energy consumer,is facing a national competition for oil and gas resources,the integration of available energy,and many other complex international energy trade and cooperation issues.According to the relations between industrialization and energy demand,this paper describes the history and trends of global energy demand patterns,analyzes the plight of China's energy diplomacy from global energy channel resource allocation,energy security and trade regulation three-storey space,and further makes relevant suggestions.
