费-托合成轻质油催化裂解多产丙烯 被引量:5

Catalytic Pyrolysis of Light Oil from Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis for Increasing Propene Yield

摘要 采用LPI-2型催化剂,在小型固定流化床装置上考察了反应温度、催化剂与原料油的质量比(剂油比)、重时空速等工艺条件对费-托合成轻质油催化裂解反应性能的影响。实验结果表明,反应温度、剂油比和重时空速等条件对费-托合成轻质油催化裂解生产汽油和丙烯具有一定的影响。反应温度从400℃升至700℃时,汽油收率下降,丙烯收率增大,丙烯选择性呈先增大后降低的趋势;剂油比从4增至12时,丙烯收率及其选择性先增大后降低,汽油收率降低;重时空速从4.5 h-1增至15.0h-1,丙烯收率及其选择性先增大后降低,汽油收率逐渐增大。适宜的工艺条件为:550℃、剂油比8、重时空速5.6 h-1,在此条件下汽油收率为47.44%、丙烯收率为20.23%、丙烯选择性为53.79%,汽油的辛烷值为91。 The effects of reaction temperature,mass ratio of catalyst to oil and WHSV on the catalytic pyrolysis of light oil from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were investigated using a laboratory-size fixed fluidized bed reactor with LPI-2catalyst.The results showed that with the reaction temperature rise in the range of 400 ℃ to 700 ℃,the propene yield increased and the gasoline yield decreased,while the selectivity to propene first increased and then decreased.When the mass ratio of catalyst to oil increased in the range of 4 to 12,both the yield and the selectivity of propene first increased and then decreased,while the yield of gasoline was on the decline.When the WHSV increased in the range of 4.5 h-1 to 15.0 h-1,both the yield and the selectivity of propene first increased and then decreased,and the yield of gasoline was on the decline.Under the condition of reaction temperature 550 ℃,mass ratio of catalyst to oil 8 and WHSV 5.6 h-1,the gasoline yield was 47.44%,the propene yield was 20.23% and the selectivity to propene was 53.79%,with the research octane number of the product gasoline of 91.
