摘要
本试验选择高温氯化法综合回收流程作为处理硫精矿烧渣的半工业试验方案。确定了高温氯化焙烧过程的焙烧温度、焙烧时间和氯化剂用量等最佳工艺参数和条件;考察了不同粘结剂用量,添加高品质铁精粉及强化磨矿对铁氧化球团冶金性能的影响。
The pilot test for treatment of sulphur concentrate cinder by high temperature chlorination process was conducted in this paper . The optimal technological parameter and conditions such as tempera-ture , time and usage of chlorinating agent during the roasting process were determined . The effect of the usage of agglomerant , the addition of high -quality iron concentrate powder and improved grinding on i-ron oxide pellet metallurgical performance were inspected .
