摘要
近年来随着电解铝工业的迅猛发展,对电解铝生产设备提出了越来越高的要求。而电解铝厂房龙门转运设备是近几年引进欧洲国家先进的电解槽大修、多功能天车检修等转运的设备,它是由阴极车、轨道提升梁及龙门转运车组成。某单位龙门转运车在使用中发现其主梁轨道与厂房轨道上下错位8mm产生弹性变形[1,2],本文通过对变形情况的分析和局部结构改进,分析了产生变形的具体原因,并对结构进行了重新计算从而找出了解决问题的具体办法。经过实践验证,达到了预期效果。
In recent years with the rapid development of aluminum industry the higher requirements have been proposed for aluminum production equipment . T he gantry transport equipment w hich is served in the pot room was introduced from Europe as a transport equipment for the pot maintance and Pot tending ma-chine overhaul , it is composed of cathode car , rail beam lifting and gantry transport vehicle .The gantry tranport equipment is used in pot room and pot maintance workshop , and is to solve the problems on trans-porting the pot cathode and pot tending machine offline for overhaul . With this equipment cathode crane and pot tending machine can be transported to different locations for their overhaul in the pot room and overhaul workshop . Due to the localization of requirements in the recent years , our company has comple-ted the w hole system for the localization transformation and manufrcture .One of our gantry transfort e-quipment users found that girder track has 8 mm elastic deformation from the workshop track , this article has proven to achieve the desired affect through the analysis of deformation and improvement of local structure .
