摘要
简述后勤保障对科研院所工作的支撑及重要地位,分析国内科研院所后勤改革的模式和成功经验以及热科院后勤服务情况,提出了热科院后勤改革的方向和后勤服务实体化运作的方式。
The important role of logistical support in the work of scientific research is summarized. The pattern and successful experience of logistics reform at domestic scientific research institutes and logistics services of CATAS are analyzed.Some suggestions for the logistics service reform of CATAS and the enti- ty operation of logistics service are put forward.
