摘要
简述中国热带农业科学院(以下简称"热科院")干部挂职锻炼工作基本情况和经验总结,分析其存在的问题,并提出了对策,对热科院加强干部挂职锻炼工作有一定的借鉴意义。
Post cadres training in Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences is an important way of training and exercising cadres, and an important way to strengthen the construction of the cadres. Since 2008, post cadres training in CATAS have achieved good results, there are also some problems. This paper puts forward countermeasures for the existing problems, and hope to have a certain reference significance to strengthen the cadre work.
