阿立哌唑口腔崩解片改善利培酮、舒必利致体重、泌乳素增加的临床观察

Clinical observation of aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets on weight gain and prolactin increase caused by risperidone and sulpiride

目的探讨阿立哌唑口腔崩解片改善利培酮、舒必利等精神类药物所致体重、泌乳素增加的临床效果。方法将58例因服用利培酮、舒必利等精神类药物后引起体重增加及高催乳素血症的患者作为研究对象,所有患者均维持原抗精神类药物的治疗方案,根据随机数字表将患者分为阿立哌唑口腔崩解片组(观察组)29例和安慰剂组(对照组)29例,两组患者干预6周后测量患者体质指数(BMI)变化及催乳素(PRL)的水平,同时采用副反应量表(TESS)评定阿立哌唑口腔崩解片治疗的不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后BMI及PRL显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者总有效率为93.13%,对照组总有效率为75.86%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TESS评分观察组为(5.12±1.12)分,对照组为(4.98±1.08)分,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑口腔崩解片能有效改善利培酮、舒必利所致体重、泌乳素增加症状,且安全、可靠,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets in alleviating weight gain and prolactin increase caused by risperidone, sulpiride and other psychotropic drugs. Methods 58 cases, who gained weight and got hyperprolactinemia after taking risperidone, sulpiride and other psychotropic drugs, were select- ed as the study objects. All patients maitained the original anti-psychotic drug treatment. According to the random number table,they were divided into the aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets group （the observation group）and the placebo group （the control group） with 29 cases in each group.After being intervened for 6 weeks,their body mass index（gMI） changes and prolactin（PRL） levels were measured and the adverse reactions caused by orally disintegra ting tablets were assessd by treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS） as well.Results Compared with the control group,the IBM and PRL of the observation group significantly decreased after treatment, so the difference was statis tically significant（ P 〈0. 01）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 13%, which was significantly different from that （75.86%） of the control group（ P 〈0.05）.The TESS score of the observation group was （5.12± 1.12） ,and that of the control group was （4.98± 1.08）.So no significant difference was found between them（ P 〉0. 05）.Conclusion Aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets can effectively alleviate weight gain and prolactin increase caused by risperidone and sulpiride. It is safe,reliable and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
