“海外乒团”现象起因分析

本文通过以客观的态度,分析何智丽更改国籍的原因,更深一步分析海外乒团的形成原因,以一种中立的角度看待海外乒团,找出我国体育管理体制的不合理,对高水平运动员的前途和退役后得不到保障的问题,文中提出一些建议。本文采取文献资料法和网络访谈法,对何智丽事件延伸到海外乒团的形成原因进行了较为系统的整理,并对我国的体育体制提出改革建议。

Through the objective view,the paper aims at analyzes the reason that ZhiLi He changed her nationality,moreover,to illustrate the reason why the overseas table tennis players coming out, should we treat them in the neutral position or not,to find out some disadvantages of the Chinese sports management system.Finally we find out that the system has no guarantees for the athletes after their retirement,so the paper give some advices to overcome the questions. By methods of documentation and experts investigation,the paper make up several documentations and give some suggestions of the system.
