急救现场三种测压方法的对比性研究及合理应用

The research of comparison and reasonable applying about three methods of blood pressure measured in enmergency scence

目的探讨台式水银血压计、电子血压计、多功能监护仪血压测量值是否存在差异,从而为急救护士合理使用血压计提供指导。方法随机抽取219例急救患者在救护车上交替采用台式水银血压计和电子血压计,台式水银血压计和多功能监护仪同一病人同体位同部位测血压二次,采用t检验方法进行比较。结果台式水银血压计与电子血压计测得的血压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);台式水银血压计和多功能监护仪测得的血压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血压计的选择对测得血压值有影响,在急救抢救中要引起注意。

Objective To investigate the difference of desk model mercurial sphygmomanometer,wrist electronic sphygmomanome- ter and multipurpose monitor.In oeder to provide reasonable instruction for clinic emergency nurse using sphygmomanometer. Methods Randomed collected 102 patients s,the blood pressure were measured with desk model mercurial sphygmomanometer and multipurpose monitor respectively and 117 patients the blood pressure were measured with desk model mercurial sphygmomanome- ter ,and wrist electronic sphygmomanometer respectively.Using paired samples T-test statistics method analyze. Results The blood pressure were measured with desk model mercurial sphygmomanometer and multipurpose monitor has significant difference （P〈 0.05）,blood pressure were measured with desk model mercurial sphygmomanometer, and wrist electronic sphygmomanometer SBP has significant difference （P〈O.O5）,DBP hsa no difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Choosing different sphygmomanometers,we earn different results, multipurpose monitor＇resuh maybe high and wrist electronic sphygmomanometer＇s SBP maybe high ,we must pay attention to it in enmergency work
