焦裕禄治理兰考“三害”对于建设美丽中国的启示

The Revelations to Build a Beautiful China from Jiao Yulu's Governing "Three Harms" of Lankao

党的十八大报告指出,"努力建设美丽中国,实现中华民族永续发展"。十八届三中全会进一步提出,必须建立系统完整的生态文明制度体系,用制度保护生态环境。这体现了中国共产党新时期执政理念、治国理念和发展理念的提升与创新,对于大力推进生态文明建设具有重要的指导意义。但资源约束趋紧、生态环境恶化等问题的日益加剧,已对我国全面建成小康社会提出了严峻挑战,因此加强对生态文明建设问题的研究就显得势在必行。焦裕禄治理兰考"三害"的做法使兰考发生了可喜的变化,这给我们加快"美丽中国"的建设带来了诸多启示。

Abstract： The Party~ 18th National Congrass Report pointed, ＂Efforts to build a beautiful China, to achieve the Chinese people＇ s sustainable development,＂ the third plenary session of the Eighteenth National Congrass pointed out that we must to establish a complete system of ecological civilization system, protect the ecological envi- ronment with the system. These reflect the development and innovation of the Communist Party of China governing philosophy, upgrading and concepts of governance in new era. However, increasing resource constraints tightening, environmental degradation is a challenge for us to build an affluent society. Therefore, strengthening the research on the problems of ecological civilization construction is imperative. Jiao Yulu＇ s governing ＂three harms＂ makes a de- lectable change occurred to Lankao, which gives us a lot of revelations to build a ＂Beautiful China＂
