摘要 随着我国人力资源管理的实践与理论的不断发展,企业岗位管理问题正逐渐被管理者所重视,但目前在我国企业中出现了岗位设置不合理、人员和岗位匹配程度偏低、职位调整不透明不公正等现象,这在一定程度上阻碍了企业的发展。该文针对当前存在的问题提出了一系列提高岗位配置效率、职位调整信息公开化与真实化等解决对策,以期优化配置企业岗位管理资源。 With the development of our country's human resource management practice and theory, position management problem is gradually been paid attention by managers, but at present in our country enterprise position setting is unreasonable, person -job matching degree is low, position adjustment is not transparent and unfair, these and other problems exist in in our country g enterprise , to some extent, hinder the development of the enterprise. This article puts forward some countermeasures of setting position adapt to the market and situation, improving the efficiency of post configuration, and making the position adjustment information open and actualized and other solu- tions , waiting for having certain reference significance to improve the efficiency of the enterprise' s post manage- ment.
