摘要
输血是围术期有效的治疗措施,但也存在很多风险。围术期血液管理以患者为中心,应用多学科技术,避免或减少异体血输注,改善患者临床转归。本文论述了输血治疗的相关风险及围术期血液管理的具体措施和实施方案。
Blood transfusion is an effective perioperative treatment, but it is associated with many risks. Perioperative blood management is taking patients as the center with application Of multiple discipline techniques to avoid or reduce the use of allogeneic blood and improving clinical outcome. We discussed the risks related to transfusion as well as the methods and protocol of perioperative blood management.
