摘要
目的探讨冰硼散中樟脑含量测定方法，为冰硼散的质量控制提供一种可行方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法对3个冰硼散样品（批号：100907、100923、101025）中的樟脑进行定量分析。结果樟脑进样量在60—510ng有良好线性关系；平均回收率为98．9％。结论本方法简单、准确，重复性好，可用于冰硼散中樟脑的定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for determination of camphor content in Bing Peng San in order to provide a feasible method for the drug quality. Methods Camphor contents in 3 samples of Bing Peng San （lot number： 100907, 100923 and 101025） were determined by using by a capillary gas chromatography. Results The camphor injection volume of 60 -510 ng had a good linear relationship. The rate of average recovery was 98.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable that can be used for quality control of Bing Peng San.
