陶瓷-陶瓷全髋关节置换术后陶瓷碎裂的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 陶瓷-陶瓷负重界面具有超高的硬度、极佳的润滑效应、出色的耐磨性和组织相容性,不释放有毒的金属离子,目前已广泛用于全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)。但陶瓷是易碎材料,碎裂后将给患者带来灾难性的后果。本文从陶瓷碎裂的发生率、原因、发生机制、早期诊断、预防及治疗方面进行综述,为陶瓷-陶瓷负重界面的临床应用提供参考。
