党群关系视野下的山东解放区妇女工作与当代启示

Women's Work in Liberated Areas of Shandong and Contemporary Enlightenment under the View of the Relationship Between the Party and the Masses

党群关系是关乎一个政党前途命运的重大问题。抗日战争和解放战争期间,中国共产党针对山东解放区妇女工作的具体问题,依靠党正确的群众路线的指导,采取了改进工作方法、出台法律条例保障妇女权益、全方位提高妇女自身素质等三管齐下的措施,成功实现了妇女解放与革命进程的良性互动。山东解放区妇女工作的显著成效,彰显了中国共产党党群关系建设的巨大成功。在新的历史时期,借鉴中国共产党领导下的山东解放区妇女工作的经验,有益于构建党群关系建设的新机制,对当前开展的群众路线教育活动也有所裨益。

Relationship between the Party and the masses is an important problem related to a political fate. During the Anti-Japanese War and the liberation war, the Communist Party of China relied on extensive masses base, and finally won the victory of the war. Under the guidance of the right mass line, according to the concrete problems of women＆#39;s work in liberated areas of Shandong, the Communist Party of China improved the working methods, introduced the laws and the regulations to safeguard the rights and interests, and strengthen education and improved the quality of the three-pronged measures, thus having realized the benign interaction between women＆#39;s liberation and revolution successfully. Significant achievements of women＆#39;s work in liberated areas of Shandong reveal a tremendous success of the construction of the relationship between the Party and the masses. Reference of women＆#39;s work experience and lessons in Shandong liberated areas under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, we can build the new mechanism of Shandong Party-mass relationship in the new period, and its benefit for the current development of educational activities of the mass line.
