摘要
未成年人作为一个特殊的群体,身心发展还未成熟,社会适应性不高,受到国家和社会的强烈关注。保护未成年人的合法权益有助于维护社会的和谐稳定。结合相关法律分析阐述未成年人保护问题,尤其是留守儿童,旨在为相关现实问题提供实践指导。
The group of juveniles is special. The juveniles＆#39; physical and mental development is not yet ripe. Their social adaptability is not high. Their rights and interests is paid high attention by the country. The legal protection of juveniles is helpful for maintaining social har-mony. This paper analyzed the issue of legal protection of juveniles to guide practice,especially the legal protection of left-children.
